To make Paneer Paratha, we can prepare paneer (cottage cheese) at home or we can use the ready made frozen paneer available in daily markets. If we use frozen paneer, we should first let the paneer be at the room temperature and then grate it. If using home made paneer, that can be easily mashed with hands itself. Before using paneer in stuffing, e should just see that the paneer should be dry else it might be an issue to roll the stuffed paratha.
