Ingredients for Oats Carrot Raita

  • Yogurt :2 tbsp
  • Grated Carrot : 2 tbsp
  • Oats  : 1 tbsp
  • Rock Salt : 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint Leaves : 4 - 5 (crushed)
  • Roasted Cumin powder : 1 tsp
  • Water : as required

  • How to make Oats Carrot Raita

    Dry roast oats and make a fine powder. Keep aside.

    In a bowl, beat yogurt. Add grated carrot and roasted oats powder in it.

    Mix all the ingredinets well till it is smooth consistency. Add crushed mint leaves, salt and rock salt. 

    Add water if required. Mix all ingredients well. Add roasted cumin powder.

    Oats carrot raita is ready. Have it with any favorite dish of yours.
